Forest Conference Presentations
More than 250 people attended the 7th Eastern Old-Growth Forest Conference Sept. 21-23, 2023, in Moultonborough, NH, hosted by the UNH Extension. The three-day format included 1.5 days of presentations, 5 plenary sessions, forest bathing experiences, and a choice of 10 field trips to spectacular old-growth forest in NH. Presentations and field trips addressed the conference theme: "Exploring Connections: The Value of Old-Growth Forests in Today's World”.
