Celebrating the Changing Seasons

September 20, 2022 was a day for celebration as the Old-Growth Forest dedicated Schoolhouse Woods in Queen Anne’s County, Maryland and honored the work of Joan Maloof as she moved from Founder and Executive Director, to Founder. Joan will be passing the torch to new Executive Director, Sarah Adloo, who was until recently the Network Manager for OGFN. Along with so many other forest advocates, we join together to thank Joan for all she’s done for old-growth forests through OGFN in the past ten years.
